When we have our first consultation with a prospective client we mention to them, “You’re about to talk to us more often than anybody else you’ve ever talked to other than your spouse. 

The process of your real estate transaction will probably have 100 communications in 90 days.”  

That’s a lot of talking and time together in a short amount of time and it is a relationship-building experience.

We grow close to our clients through the process and come to think of our clients as friends.  

When the transaction is complete and our job is done, we want the connection to continue.

June Clermont Market Update

Last month, the number of homes listed for sale was down 38% over last June. As of July 1st, there are 149 single-family homes for sale in 34711 and 159 homes under contract. Homes are generally taking a few weeks to sell and negotiations are becoming more frequent. While the median sold price has decreased year-over-year, home values are still high.
