GRATITUDE ATTITUDE

In the midst of our busy lives, it can be easy to forget the blessings that surround us; the people, experiences, and comforts that enrich our lives. But, taking time to reflect and express our gratitude can make all the difference in shifting our mindset away from stresses and anxieties, and instead towards positivity and hope. 

I’m grateful for Gina and our 32-year marriage, for Michael and Nathan (our sons), for my dad’s restored health from going through chemotherapy a year ago, for a place to call home (remember my remodel) and feel like it is truly home, and my friends who check up on me. I’m thankful for the business partnership I had with Chelsea for 8 years, and I’m grateful to be moving forward into a new season of business with new team members.

As Thanksgiving draws near, to show our appreciation, we’re excited to invite you to our annual pie giveaway where we can trade handshakes and hugs, and catch up with each other. Our Pie Days are Tuesday (Nov. 21st) and Wednesday (Nov.22nd) from 9:00am-6pm on the week of Thanksgiving.   We’re looking forward to seeing you soon!

(November Clermont Market Update)

Builders are offering incentives and lower interest rates to lure buyers to new construction homes, which is creating more intense competition for resale homes. For example, a resale buyer of a $410,000 home who put 10% down took a $369,000 mortgage at 7.5% interest resulting in a $3306/month payment.  With a 5.9% interest rate, their payment would be $400/month less.  This situation is causing our median sold price on resale homes to shrink.
